I’m starting a different diet tomorrow. I feel like punching myself in the face for letting the ABC diet fall through. Though, I learned that when you don’t eat at all… you burn muscle tissue and you actually do get… fat. I hate that word with a burning passion, and I’d do anything to keep myself from getting fat. I desire to continue losing weight, and I refuse to put it on for the sake of not eating a single thing.
I need to figure out a diet that keeps me eating tiny portions that basically amount to nothing. Any ideas?
